The Clothes Secret is an active member of the Old Ottawa South Business Association. We are proud to be asked to support local events and charities, because this is a community that has given so much to us.

Five years ago The Clothes Secret launched its first Winter Coat Campaign. For every coat sold at the shop during November, we donated $5 to the Out-of-the-Cold Suppers sponsored by our neighbourhood churches and held at Southminster United Church. Now an annual event, we sell more coats than ever each November, with hundreds of dollars going to support hot meals to people in our city.

Clothes that are not accepted for consignment or have not been sold by the end of the season are donated to the Lowertown Good Neighbours Community House in Ottawa.  Lowertown Good Neighbours serves some of the neediest people in our region and we are happy to help them meet the demand for help.
